Josila has been with SugarOak Corporation for over 10 years, currently serving as Vice President.  

Her background includes a degree in Architecture from Catholic University and over 30 years of design and construction experience.  She is a member of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD), holding the designation of Certified Professional Building Designer (CPBD) through the National Council of Building Designer Certification (NCBDC).  She is also a Certified Green Professional (CGP), a designation of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).   

She is a member of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA) Green Committee, currently serving on the Education Committee for Green issues.  She also participates in the custom homebuilder consortium, Custom Builders USA, Northern Virginia region (CB/USA NV), and serves on the CB/USA NV Vendor Committee.

Kevin Murnane
Kevin is a project manager of custom residential homes and addition/remodel projects for SugarOak Corporation in the Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC region. Kevin brings 30 years of home building experience with more than half of that time at SugarOak, where many of his award winning projects have been featured in trade and luxury home magazines.

He is currently serving on the CB/USA NV Vendor Committee.

Kevin attended Ferrum College.

John MacDonell
John is a project manager for SugarOak Corporation custom residential and commercial construction. As project manager, John is responsible for coordinating the construction process from the conceptual development phase through final completion, overseeing preliminary pricing activities to accurately forecast future budgets, and facilitating daily interaction between homeowners, architects, and engineers.

In addition to project management, John also sources multi-family, office and retail acquisitions for SugarOak Properties. His day to day responsibilities include interaction with brokers, preliminary return analysis, coordination of due diligence and assembling financing for future acquisitions.

John is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College and received a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University in Real Estate Development. John is also a Young Leader in the DC Metropolitan chapter of Urban Land Institute.
