| SugarOak Property Management |
SugarOak’s property management team oversees the daily onsite operations at each property. Services provided include building and property maintenance, communication with tenants, collection of rent and payment of property invoices, accounting services, coordination with the leasing agent, and owner reporting. SugarOak has become known for its hands on style of management, being proactive and anticipating issues before they arise.
SugarOak’s property management team includes building engineers and qualified property managers, many of whom hold the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. SugarOak currently manages multifamily, retail, office, and light industrial properties in nine different states. |
